About this fabric

The visible weave is loose and gauze-like, with fine horizontal threads crossing uneven vertical lines to create a softly gridded surface. Its ivory base is warmed by taupe shading, while the raised pale bands brighten where the light catches them. The irregular spacing keeps the pattern organic rather than strictly geometric, and the fabric falls into fluid, rippled folds in the swatch. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Brightfall Avorio for full-length curtains or relaxed sheers in rooms built around warm ivory, stone and pale taupe. Its open grid and gentle translucency would bring movement to a bright window without adding a strong colour block.

A softly gauzy ivory-taupe cloth for relaxed curtains, where its open vertical grid catches daylight.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
