Jacquard fabrics Fabric002

Bomarzo Bleu Nuit presents an inky blue ground crossed by irregular, vertical jacquard forms. Cream and taupe threads break through the darkness, while small rust-coloured accents add concentrated warmth.

About this fabric

The substantial woven surface shows an abstract, almost painterly arrangement of jagged vertical bands rather than a regular repeat. Its deep navy-blue tone reads cool and atmospheric, with the raised-looking cream and pale taupe areas catching the light against the darker ground. Occasional muted rust marks prevent the colourway from feeling flat or entirely cool. No composition, width, rub test or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use the dark blue ground to anchor an upholstered armchair, headboard or statement sofa, pairing it with warm taupe, aged timber and restrained rust accents. Its broken vertical pattern also suits a single focal piece where the cream flashes can be seen up close.

Deep Bleu Nuit blue gives the irregular jacquard pattern a cool, graphic presence, with cream, taupe and rust accents adding warmth.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
