About this fabric

The swatch shows a fine, fluid-looking satin in a muted taupe shade, overlaid with interlocking curved motifs in a lighter cream tone. The contrast is gentle rather than stark, allowing the pattern to read clearly while retaining a calm, tonal appearance. As part of Dedar’s Satin fabrics collection, Mezzaluna Mastice has a softly reflective face visible across the hanging swatch. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use the warm taupe ground for full-length curtains where its soft sheen can shift subtly with daylight, pairing it with ivory, mushroom and aged-brass accents. The cream curves also make it easy to connect with lighter upholstery or decorative trims.

A warm stone-taupe satin with a gentle sheen and cream curved motif, particularly suited to elegant curtains and softly tailored schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
