About this fabric

The close-up shows an even, short velvet pile in a muted taupe shade, softened by cool greige undertones rather than reading as a deep brown. Light travels across the surface in a broad satin-like band, while the folded areas appear denser and slightly darker. With no visible motif or pattern repeat, the fabric offers a calm, uninterrupted ground for upholstery. Its 540 gsm weight and 141 cm usable width make it a substantial choice for seating and other upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Use this soft greige taupe on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its changing light and shade can add quiet depth. Pair it with warm ivory, chalky stone and aged timber for a restrained, tactile scheme.
