Lucette Putty

Purity Fabric Edit FabricHAF0259-04

Lucette Putty has a softly warm putty-taupe ground scattered with fine, broken pale flecks. Its close, lightly irregular surface gives the colourway a quiet woven depth rather than a flat plain appearance.

About this fabric

The muted taupe base reads warm and chalky, while the pale flecking catches the light in small irregular marks across the face of the cloth. At 218gsm with 126 threads per centimetre, it has the substance of a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The design has a 30cm vertical repeat and 23cm horizontal repeat, creating a gently textured field rather than a strongly directional motif. A 140cm usable width and 55m standard length support practical cutting for larger projects.

How to use it

Pair this warm putty taupe with chalky whites, pale oak and softly aged brass for a calm, layered scheme. Its restrained flecked surface also works well against deeper olive, charcoal or tobacco accents.

Use this softly flecked putty taupe on relaxed upholstery, cushions or light-filtering drapery with warm natural finishes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
