About this fabric

At 460gsm, this is a substantial woven fabric with the visual depth and handle expected of a strong upholstery cloth. The 26 threads-per-centimetre construction gives the stone-coloured ground a finely detailed surface, allowing the floral damask to remain intricate without becoming harsh. It has a 134.5cm usable width, with a 45cm vertical repeat and 67.5cm horizontal repeat for planning pattern placement across furniture. The warm grey-beige tone keeps the ornate design restrained, giving the fabric a calm, softly aged finish rather than a high-contrast formal effect.

How to use it

Use this pale stone-taupe colourway on a buttoned chair, sofa or footstool where its low-contrast damask can read as texture from a distance and detail up close. Pair it with chalky neutrals, warm grey timber and muted metallic accents to preserve its gentle, quietly luxe character.
