About this fabric

This 425gsm fabric has a substantial feel, while its 26.8 threads per cm support the finely detailed surface visible across the scrolling flowers, leaves and stylised botanical forms. The pale stone base reads slightly cool rather than creamy, allowing the muted sage-grey motifs to appear softly etched instead of sharply outlined. With a 73cm vertical repeat and 68cm horizontal repeat, the damask has a clear, medium-scale rhythm that remains detailed at close range. The 137cm usable width makes it practical for both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Use Visconte Stone to soften a formal chair, headboard or pair of curtains, where its cool stone-and-sage palette can sit comfortably with chalky whites, weathered oak and muted green accents. Its subdued contrast is especially effective in rooms that need damask pattern without a strong, high-colour statement.
