About this fabric

This plain velvet has a dense 540 gsm weight and a usable width of 141 cm, giving the cloth a substantial presence for upholstery. The close view shows an even, fine pile rather than a printed motif, with light gliding across the surface to create gentle tonal bands. Its blue-green Seaglass shade feels muted and refreshing, becoming deeper and more mineral-toned where the fabric turns away from the light. With a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, it can be cut without matching a design.

How to use it

Use Seaglass on a statement armchair, sofa or headboard where its cool aqua tone can sit against warm timber, chalky neutrals or darker blue-green accents. Its softly reflective pile also works well for adding depth to a calm, contemporary scheme.
