About this fabric

This 296 gsm fabric has a tactile woven appearance, with fine vertical marks disturbing the edges of each horizontal stripe. Saturated emerald teal provides the strongest contrast, while stone and ivory sections keep the colourway light and mineral in tone. The pattern measures 71 cm vertically by 72 cm horizontally, creating a considered medium-scale rhythm across the cloth. With a 141 cm usable width, a 30 m standard length and 121 threads per cm, Pontia offers a versatile mid-weight option for upholstery or drapery.

How to use it

Use the cooler emerald bands to bring depth to a pale sitting room, pairing them with ivory walls, bleached timber and stone-coloured upholstery details. The irregular stripe texture also works well on relaxed curtains where changing light can pick out its tonal variation.
