Sansone Brume presents a pale ivory-cream surface with an exceptionally quiet appearance. The fine velvet nap catches the light gently, giving the swatch a soft, almost powdery glow rather than a strong sheen.

About this fabric

This Dedar velvet is visually plain, with no motif or contrasting weave interrupting its light cream tone. Its close, even surface has a subtle brushed texture that creates delicate tonal variation across the swatch. The near-white shade reads cool and restrained in the photograph, while the nap adds enough depth to keep it from looking flat. As a velvet, Sansone Brume is well suited to upholstery where its soft surface and understated luminosity can be appreciated.

How to use it

Use Sansone Brume on a statement armchair, headboard or tailored sofa to bring a quiet ivory layer into the room. Its cool, pale tone pairs especially well with chalky neutrals, pale timber and softly aged metals.

A softly luminous ivory velvet for elegant upholstery, adding gentle texture without visual pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
