Kruger Pink

Animalia Fabrics FabricCCF0280-06

Kruger Pink sets sharply inked zebras, spotted big cats, birds and curling foliage against a pale blush-pink ground. The cool pink cast softens the exuberant safari composition while preserving its crisp black-and-grey detail.

About this fabric

The pale blush-pink ground gives this illustrated design a cooler, more delicate character than a stronger rose shade, allowing the black-and-grey animals to remain the focus. Central striped zebras, spotted cats, birds, botanical sprays and curling tails create a densely detailed large-scale scene. At 222gsm, the cloth has a versatile mid-weight suitable for upholstery or drapery. It has a 137cm usable width, a 57cm vertical repeat and a 34.5cm horizontal repeat, with a standard length of 40m.

How to use it

Use Kruger Pink on a statement armchair, bench or full-length curtains where its soft blush tone can sit alongside charcoal, ivory and warm timber. Keep neighbouring patterns restrained so the zebras, spotted cats and botanical linework have room to read.

Use the soft blush-pink ground to temper the dramatic monochrome safari illustration in eclectic, layered schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
