About this fabric

This 340gsm velvet has a dense, softly lustrous appearance that gives the navy ground considerable depth while allowing the brighter embroidery-style colours to stand forward. The design combines large turquoise and blue blooms with stylised palm fronds, emerald-green curls, silver-white leaves and distinctive gold looped stems. Its 66.5cm vertical repeat and 45.6cm horizontal repeat should be considered when positioning the larger floral and palm groupings across upholstery. With a 138cm usable width, it offers practical coverage for substantial upholstered pieces while retaining the drama of the repeated composition.

How to use it

Use this cool, deep navy colourway on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa, where its turquoise and jewel-green foliage can be balanced with warm brass, dark wood or quiet charcoal textiles. The near-black ground also makes the small gold accents feel especially luminous in low-lit rooms.

A richly coloured velvet for statement upholstery, pairing deep navy depth with turquoise, emerald, gold and silver botanical detail.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
