Belgravia Charcoal

Grosvenor Fabric

Belgravia Charcoal shows a refined damask pattern in layered charcoal and pale grey tones over a soft ivory ground. The motif feels crisp and classic, with enough contrast to read clearly without looking harsh.

About this fabric

This fabric is supplied as a 140cm-wide textile in 86% Recycled Pol and 14% Polyester, with a pattern repeat of 24.2cm vertically and 23.5cm horizontally. In this colourway, the scrolling damask is worked in muted charcoal and silver-grey, giving the surface a cool, architectural feel against the light neutral base. The pattern has a balanced medium scale, so the design is present but not overpowering, and the repetition creates a structured, traditional look. With no performance features noted and care code NQT1<, it suits decorative schemes where the visual finish is the main focus.

How to use it

Use Belgravia Charcoal on accent chairs, headboards or tailored curtains where its cooler grey contrast can sharpen a room. It works especially well with pale plaster, walnut and brushed metal finishes.

Pair with crisp linens and dark timber for a tailored, timeless look.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Belgravia Charcoal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
