About this fabric

This upholstery cloth is woven in a 50% polyester, 24% cotton, 12% viscose and 14% linen blend, with a 140cm width and no pattern repeat. The surface shows fine vertical slubs and a softly heathered grain, giving the grey a dry, textile-rich look rather than a flat finish. Its tone sits between charcoal and softened graphite, with the linen and viscose content helping to break up the colour and catch the light gently. The result is a smart, understated fabric that feels substantial enough for seating while still having a relaxed, woven character. Care instructions are NQT1<.

How to use it

Use this dark denim-grey on sofas, dining chairs or banquettes where you want a sober, tailored base. It pairs especially well with pale oak, blackened metal and warmer neutrals for a balanced, modern room.

A restrained charcoal tone that works well on tailored seating and clean-lined schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
