About this fabric

This upholstery cloth is made from 50% pol 24% cot 12% vis 14% li and comes in a 140cm width, with no pattern repeat to interrupt its clean, understated look. The surface shows a fine, linen-like texture with delicate vertical striations and a gently mottled finish that keeps the duck-egg shade feeling muted rather than bright. Its cool blue-grey character sits between colour and neutral, giving it an easy, tailored appearance that works well where you want softness without overt pattern. Care instructions are NQT1<, so it should be handled with the appropriate professional care.

How to use it

Use this duck-egg tone on a neat armchair, banquette, or headboard where its low-key colour can soften sharper edges. It pairs especially well with pale oak, chalky whites, and deeper navy accents for a calm, composed room.

A calm duck-egg neutral with a softly slubbed texture for tailored seating and relaxed layering.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
