Penny Blush

House Small Prints II FabricBP11109.3

Penny Blush combines a warm, pale blush-pink ground with a fine cream-and-pink geometric mark. The closely spaced pattern reads as a delicate diamond lattice, with gentle contrast that keeps the surface light and refined.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this 137 cm-wide fabric has a small vertical repeat of 11 cm and horizontal repeat of 14 cm. Its peachy blush tone sits softly against the creamy ground, while the minute repeating marks add texture and rhythm without becoming visually heavy. The fabric is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. For care, it should not be washed, bleached or ironed and must be professionally dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use Penny Blush to soften a neutral bedroom through curtains or a bedspread, or introduce it on an occasional chair where its warm pink tone can sit alongside cream, taupe and natural wood. Its small repeat also works well across coordinated upholstered pieces without dominating the room.

A softly coloured small-scale print that brings a warm blush note to curtains, bedspreads and upholstered pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
