About this fabric

This 100% non-woven wallpaper is 70 cm wide and has a substantial 128.5 cm vertical pattern repeat. The visible design combines stylised botanical forms with birds, deer-like creatures, serpentine figures and a prominent purple flamingo, creating a richly layered chinoiserie-style scene. Its cream background keeps the composition light, while the clear orange-red, green, blue and violet accents give this colourway a vivid, warm-to-cool contrast. The large repeat allows the individual motifs to read as a collected decorative landscape across the wall.

How to use it

Use Gertrude Jewel on a feature wall, in a study or dining room where its cream ground can balance the saturated green, blue, purple and orange-red imagery. Echo the pattern with dark timber, lacquered furniture or small accents in the flamingo purple and botanical greens.

Pair the warm cream ground with natural timber and use the saturated jewel tones as accents in an eclectic, characterful room.
