Carmina

Carmina (F8074) is a substantial fabric at 442 gsm with a 30,000 rub test, and its 62% PL and 38% VI content gives the surface a softly textured, slightly nubbly handle. In this colourway, the design is built from small, cloud-like flecks of blush pink, pale aqua, sage, butter yellow and warm coral, all sitting over a muted grey-beige ground. The overall impression is fresh and decorative, but the colours are diluted enough to keep the look airy rather than bold. At 148cm (58¼) wide, it is a practical upholstery cloth, and it is treatable to BS5852 Match Upholstery or BS5867 Part 2 Type B Curtain if required. Made in Germany, it is a versatile decorative fabric with enough body for seating and feature pieces.

Use it on an accent chair, ottoman or headboard where the pastel mix can lift a neutral room without overwhelming it. It also works well with chalky paint colours, pale timber and brushed metal finishes that echo its soft, vintage brightness.
