About this fabric
Celesta Stripe (F8073) is a 126cm-wide woven fabric from Osborne & Little’s Celesta collection, made in Germany from 52% PC and 48% PL. The fabric has a 30,000 rub test and a weight of 439gsm, giving it enough substance for upholstery as well as suitable drapery use when FR treated to BS5867 Part 2 Type B. In this colourway the stripe reads as a saturated emerald green, with black-green shadowing that adds depth and movement across the surface. Thin olive-gold bands separate the rows, making the pattern feel sharper and more graphic than decorative.
How to use it
Use this dark green stripe on an accent chair, a banquette or tailored curtains where you want a smart, slightly theatrical finish. It pairs especially well with walnut, brass and warm neutrals that pick up the olive-toned pinstripes.
