Avelina

Avelina (F8071) is a substantial woven fabric at 624gsm, with a 72% viscose and 28% cotton composition and a durable 100,000 rub test. The design is worked in an abstract, organic pattern that reads here as layered patches of moss, olive and emerald green over a warm golden-beige ground. Its heavier handle and strong abrasion rating make it well suited to upholstery, while the 136cm width gives good usability for larger furniture pieces. The surface has a textured, slightly raised look that catches the light across the darker green shapes, giving the cloth depth rather than a flat print effect. Made in India, it is also flame-retardant to UK BS5852 Cigarette Upholstery and can be treated to BS5852 Match, Crib 5 or BS5867 Part 2 Type B curtain standards.

Use this shade on an accent chair, banquette or statement headboard where the mossy green pattern can bring movement and colour. It sits especially well with walnut, brass and muted stone tones.
