About this fabric
The swatch appears as a muted mauve-brown, sitting between earthy brown and softened red, with the tone becoming slightly deeper towards the edges. A fine woven texture is visible across the plain ground, adding restrained tonal variation as the light moves over it. No composition, width or performance specification has been supplied for this colourway. With no visible pattern to compete for attention, Anemone offers a calm, softly enveloping look for considered interiors.
How to use it
Pair Anemone with warm ivory, tobacco, aged timber and brushed brass for a grounded scheme, or use it against chalky neutrals to bring a little dusky warmth to a room. Its quiet plain weave would work equally well on a tailored chair, sofa or full-length curtain.
Use this muted mauve-brown plain weave to add warmth and depth to relaxed upholstery or softly tailored window treatments.

Pairs well with
HEAVENLY HEMP - Anemone is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
