About this fabric

The puce-pink background reads as muted and warm rather than bright, giving the colourful flowers a softened, antique depth. Large sunflowers in ochre and olive sit alongside cream blooms, red-orange flowers and blue-green foliage, while fine curling stems fill the spaces between them. The oversized arrangement has the lively, densely composed appearance of a botanical illustration, with each flower and leaf clearly picked out against the plain ground.
