Ascent Cappuccino And Chocolate

Colour 1 Fabrics FabricHAF0007-02

Ascent Cappuccino And Chocolate has a warm cappuccino-taupe ground crossed by fine, broken chocolate-brown strokes. The closely woven surface reads as quietly textured, with subtle tonal variation rather than a bold printed motif.

About this fabric

This substantial Harlequin fabric weighs 586 gsm and has a 140 cm usable width, making it particularly well suited to upholstery. Its small-scale design is formed from irregular, short vertical marks in a deeper chocolate tone, giving the taupe ground a softly striated appearance. A 26 cm vertical repeat and zero horizontal repeat describe the directionally arranged pattern visible across the cloth. With 66 threads per cm and a standard 26 m length, the tightly packed weave has a grounded, durable-looking presence.

How to use it

Use this warm cappuccino colourway on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its chocolate flecks can add definition without overpowering a room. Pair it with cream, tobacco, dark timber and softly aged brass for a layered, welcoming scheme.

A substantial warm taupe upholstery cloth, with broken chocolate-brown marks adding quiet depth to contemporary seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
