About this fabric

The repeating motif is made from layered curved strokes that gather into rounded, plume-like shapes, with charcoal accents adding definition against the pale ground. Its cool slate and stone tones keep the colourway muted and balanced, while the darker lines give the pattern depth without making it feel heavy. At 236 gsm, with 74.1 threads per cm and a 138.6 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight textile for both upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 46 cm vertically and horizontally, allowing the feather-like layout to read clearly across a wider application.

How to use it

Use the cool cream base with pale timber, chalky walls and soft grey upholstery, then repeat the charcoal detail in piping, metalwork or cushions. Its flowing 46 cm repeat is well suited to relaxed curtains as well as statement occasional chairs.

Use this cool cream-and-charcoal colourway to bring graphic movement to curtains, cushions, occasional chairs or larger upholstered pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
