About this fabric

Enchanted Garden Birds Of Paradise Tapestry Wavy is woven in 100% polyester and specified as a Severe Contract fabric, with a 50,000 Martindale rating and treatable FR suitability for both drapery and upholstery. The usable width is 136cm, and the large horizontal repeat of 136cm with a 63cm vertical repeat supports the expansive bird-and-foliage layout seen here. In this colourway, the background reads as a soft warm ivory rather than a stark white, which lets the coral, blush, sage and deep green thread tones stand out with a gentle, painterly contrast. The tapestry surface has a structured, slightly textured handle that gives the embroidery-like motif definition without looking heavy or flat. It feels decorative and considered, with enough durability for contract use while still offering an elegant finish.

How to use it
