Liso Kelp

Liso Sateen Fabric

Liso Kelp is a deep, muted olive with the shadowed character of kelp rather than a bright green. Its plain sateen surface appears smooth and subtly reflective, with fine vertical weave lines visible across the swatch.

About this fabric

This colourway has a dark olive base with a restrained green undertone, reading almost charcoal in the deepest areas of the photograph. The close view shows an unpatterned face and a fine, even weave rather than a raised motif. A gentle sateen lustre catches the light in soft vertical shifts, giving the surface depth without making it glossy. No composition, width, rub test or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Liso Kelp to add a grounded, moody note to a room, particularly against warm woods, aged brass or pale natural walls. Its nearly charcoal olive tone is equally effective on tailored upholstery or full-length curtains where the subtle sheen can move gently with the light.

A dark, quietly lustrous olive plain weave that can bring depth to upholstery or drapery without introducing a pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
