About this fabric

This colourway reads as a very deep grey with near-black undertones, broken up by tiny lighter flecks that give the surface a dry, peppered texture. The plain design style and compact weave keep the look clean, while the finish avoids any obvious sheen. It is specified for contract use and offers a high 100,000 Martindale, making it suitable for demanding upholstery applications. The composition is 91% Polyester and 9% Nylon/Polyamide, and it is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available upon request. Professional dry clean in situ is recommended, with further care guidance in the pattern book.

How to use it

Use Hendrix Midnight on streamlined sofas, banquettes or dining chairs where its dark, cool tone can anchor a room without looking flat. It pairs well with pale timber, concrete, brushed metal and soft neutrals for a crisp contract scheme.
