Thread Storm

Arco Textures Fabric

Thread Storm has a cool grey ground crossed by broken charcoal and pale ivory threads, creating a softly irregular grid across the woven surface. Its tonal variation gives the swatch a measured, architectural character rather than a flat plain appearance.

About this fabric

The face is built from closely set grey, charcoal and light threads, with uneven horizontal and vertical lines that form a subtle crosshatch effect. Darker marks add depth through the weave, while the pale flecks catch the light and keep the overall colourway from reading as solid charcoal. The visible texture feels substantial and structured, making this textile particularly well suited to upholstered furniture where its layered surface can be seen at close range.

How to use it

Pair Thread Storm with cool white, graphite or pale timber for a restrained contemporary scheme. On a chair, sofa or headboard, its grey-and-charcoal depth can anchor softer plain fabrics without introducing a strong colour accent.

Use this cool grey check-like weave to bring quiet texture and architectural contrast to upholstered seating.
