About this fabric

The close, even surface shows only faint tonal variation across the chalk shade, with a soft matte texture that absorbs rather than sharply reflects the light. Its warm ivory cast keeps the colour feeling gentler than a pure white, while retaining a clean and simple look. No composition, width, rub-test or performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this pale chalk cream on an upholstered chair, sofa or headboard where its quiet warmth can soften stronger wood, stone or muted neutral finishes. The nearly ivory tone also works well as a light foundation for layered textured textiles.

The soft chalk-cream tone brings a quiet, light finish to upholstered seating and headboards.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
