Dakota Suede II Grass is a rich, mid-tone green with a suede-like surface and a subtly mottled appearance. The close-up shows a calm, uninterrupted field of colour rather than a woven motif or printed pattern.

About this fabric

This colourway has the fresh, grounded character of grass green, balanced by a slightly softened finish that keeps the shade from looking harsh or overly bright. Fine tonal variation across the surface creates gentle depth, while the close, even texture gives the fabric a smooth suede impression. With no pattern competing for attention, the colour remains the defining feature of the cloth. Its visibly substantial, tactile appearance makes it a natural choice for upholstered furniture.

How to use it

Pair this grass green with warm timber, chalky neutrals or darker olive accents to create a relaxed, nature-led scheme. Its plain surface also works well where a strong colour is wanted without introducing a visible motif.

Use this grounded grass green on a contemporary sofa, headboard or occasional chair for a soft, tactile finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
