Dakota Suede Ii Ice

Dakota Suede Ii Fabric

Dakota Suede II Ice presents a very pale, cool blue with the quiet, softly brushed appearance associated with suede. Its even surface has only subtle tonal variation, allowing the icy shade to remain the focus.

About this fabric

The swatch is an almost pastel blue with a cool, clean cast rather than a warm or greyed tone. A fine, low-contrast surface texture gives the plain colour gentle depth, while the softly brushed appearance catches the light without creating a visible pattern. The visible weight and suede-like finish make this colourway best suited to upholstery. No composition, width or rub-test figures are supplied, and no performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Ice on a contemporary sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its cool blue tone can brighten deeper navy, charcoal or natural timber. Pair it with chalky whites and pale neutrals to preserve its fresh, airy character.

Use this cool icy blue with soft whites, pale timber and brushed metal for a calm, contemporary upholstery scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
