Faze Slate

Faze Fabric

Faze Slate is a deep, cool blue-grey textile with a near-charcoal cast. Its plain surface is enlivened by very subtle tonal variation, giving the swatch depth without a visible pattern.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a muted slate rather than a bright navy, with blue showing through the dark grey ground. Fine vertical and cloudy shifts across the surface create a restrained woven texture, while the matte finish keeps the shade understated. As a fabric rather than a wallpaper, this colourway is best considered for upholstery where its dense-looking, even appearance can provide a calm, tailored foundation.

How to use it

Use Faze Slate on a sofa, occasional chair or headboard when a room needs a cool, grounded anchor. Its charcoal depth works particularly well with chalky whites, pale oak, smoked glass and softly aged metallics.

Its cool, near-charcoal slate tone brings quiet depth to contemporary upholstery and pairs naturally with pale timber, stone and brushed metal.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
