Hue Fabric

Hue Burnt Orange is a richly warm, burnt-orange textile with a quiet, finely woven surface. Its close-grained texture gives the colour depth, shifting subtly between russet and terracotta as the light moves across the swatch.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a saturated but softened rust orange, with darker threads creating gentle tonal variation across the face. A fine horizontal grain and close woven structure are clearly visible, giving the otherwise plain surface tactile interest without a printed motif. The dense appearance makes it best suited to upholstery rather than light, fluid window treatments. No composition, width, rub-test or performance specification is supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm burnt-orange colourway to upholster a compact armchair, bench or dining chair, where its earthy depth can sit comfortably beside warm timber, natural leather and muted neutrals.

The warm burnt-orange tone brings depth and earthy colour to upholstered seating and occasional furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
