About this fabric

The dense textile is woven in a dark cypress green, with subtle lighter and darker threads giving the surface a softly mottled character. Fine vertical striations sit over the close crossweave, adding texture without forming a strong graphic pattern. The shade reads cooler and more restrained than a bright leafy green, with the low contrast allowing the weave to provide most of the visual interest. No composition, width or performance specification is supplied for this colourway, so the visible compact weave is the clearest guide to its character.

How to use it

Use this cool, deep green on a structured armchair, sofa or ottoman where its fine weave can catch the light without becoming dominant. Balance the shadowed cypress tone with warm timber, aged brass or softly contrasting neutral upholstery.

A deep, cool green woven texture that brings understated depth to upholstered seating and occasional pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
