Glade Wallcovering Desert

Glade Wallcovering Desert is a pale, warm sandy beige with delicate horizontal striations running across its surface. Slight tonal variation gives the quiet ground a naturally uneven, tactile appearance.

About this wallpaper

The catalogued type is wallpaper, presented here in a softly sun-washed beige with a gentle yellow undertone. Fine horizontal ridges create close-set lines across the design, while occasional darker flecks and breaks prevent the surface from appearing flat. The light tone keeps the overall impression airy, but the subtle variations add depth when viewed closely. This colourway has a relaxed, organic character rather than a high-contrast decorative effect.

How to use it

Use Desert across a bedroom, hallway or relaxed living space where its warm sandy tone can brighten the walls without feeling stark. Pair it with pale timber, woven natural textures and muted cream upholstery to echo its fine horizontal movement.

A softly sunlit sandy neutral for calm, textural walls with gentle horizontal movement.

Pairs well with

Glade Wallcovering Desert is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
