About this fabric
The coral ground has a distinctly warm, terracotta-leaning pink tone, allowing the pale cream and blush flowers to stand out clearly while the green leaves add contrast. Clusters of open blooms and smaller sprigs create a richly layered, medium-scale floral repeat across the cloth. Made from 100% linen and approximately 137cm wide, this fabric is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. Allow 3% shrinkage; aftercare is a Delicate Wash at 30°C or Dry Clean, and it should not be tumble dried.
How to use it
Use Gertrude Pink Orange for relaxed curtains in a light-filled room, where its warm coral ground can be echoed in painted walls or woven accents. For upholstery, pair it with cream linen, natural wood and muted green trims to draw out the foliage without competing with the floral clusters.
Use the warm coral ground to bring lively colour to curtains, loose covers or fixed upholstery, balanced with leafy greens and cream accents.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
