About this fabric

The warm red background has a strong, saturated presence, while the teal foliage introduces a cooler contrast and the cream, peach and ochre flowers soften the overall effect. The densely spaced floral repeat has an ornate, formal feel, with twisting beige stems and varied botanical forms clearly visible across the swatch. Made from 100% linen, this 137cm-wide fabric is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. Allow 3% shrinkage; after-care is a delicate wash at 30°C or dry cleaning.

How to use it

Use Kitty Classic Red for statement curtains in a traditional or layered room, or as fixed upholstery where its warm red ground can anchor softer cream, teal and natural linen tones. Repeat the teal-blue foliage in cushions or painted joinery for a more considered scheme.
