About this fabric

This plain fabric is made from 100% linen and measures approximately 137cm wide, with an allowance of 3% shrinkage. Its fine, closely textured weave gives the deep cherry-red colour a tactile, softly matt character, while the folds catch slightly lighter red highlights. The colour deepens into burgundy in the shadowed areas, creating a sense of depth without a printed motif. It is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery in general domestic use, with Delicate Wash 30C and Dry Clean listed for after-care.

How to use it

Use Elba Cherry to give curtains a warm, enveloping presence, or introduce it on a fixed chair or headboard where its saturated red tone can act as the room’s confident focal colour. Balance it with aged timber, warm neutrals and muted brass rather than competing bright accents.
