About this fabric

The small-scale print forms a dense lattice of burgundy diamonds, tiny floral rosettes and spots, with the lighter ground showing through to soften the overall depth. This colourway reads warm and gently faded rather than bright, giving the red tone a composed, lived-in character. Made from 100% linen, the fabric is approximately 137cm wide and is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic grades. Allow 3% shrinkage; care instructions include delicate washing at 30°C or dry cleaning, and the fabric should not be tumble dried.

How to use it

Use Ashfield Wine at windows where its pale ground can keep the room light while the wine lattice adds pattern and warmth. It also suits a buttoned chair, bench or loose-cover detail alongside ivory, aged timber and soft blush accents.

Use the muted wine and blush palette to bring patterned warmth to curtains, occasional upholstery or a relaxed traditional scheme.
