Ashfield Marigold
Ashfield FabricLF1630
Ashfield Marigold combines a warm, golden marigold ground with a fine natural trellis pattern of tiny floral and dotted motifs. The close repeat gives the colourway a lively surface while keeping its overall impression softly sun-washed.

About this fabric
Woven in 100% linen, this 137cm-wide fabric has a small-scale geometric lattice filled with delicate floral and spot details. The marigold tone reads as mellow yellow-gold rather than bright lemon, with the pale ground allowing the pattern to retain clarity across the cloth. It is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic grades, and may also suit loose-cover applications noted in the supplied catalogue data. Allow 3% shrinkage and follow the listed care guidance, including delicate washing at 30°C or dry cleaning.
How to use it
Pair Ashfield Marigold with chalky neutrals, warm wood and aged brass where its golden tone can act as a gentle lift. It works particularly well as softly gathered curtains or as patterned upholstery balanced by quieter plain linens.
Use this warm marigold linen to bring gentle golden colour and finely scaled pattern to curtains, seating or loose covers.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Ashfield Marigold without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
