Vara Marigold is a richly warm golden-yellow plain weave with a softly nubby surface. Fine pale threads glint through the marigold ground, giving the colour gentle depth rather than a flat block of yellow.

About this fabric

The close, horizontal weave creates a lightly irregular texture that is clearly visible across the swatch, while the interwoven pale fibres temper the saturated gold tone. Made from 44% Acrylic, 23% Recycled Polyester, 17% Viscose, 9% Polyester and 7% Linen, Vara Marigold is supplied at approximately 137cm wide. Its specified usage is Fixed Upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grading. After-care is Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use this warm marigold colourway to upholster a statement armchair, dining seat or sofa where its golden tone can lift neutral stone, oat and charcoal schemes. The subtly flecked weave also works well alongside darker walnut wood and aged brass.
