Chitgar Citrus

Bibi Fabric

Chitgar Citrus has a vivid citrus-yellow ground scattered with small cream circular motifs, each marked by short charcoal-grey strokes. The close-up also reveals the natural, lightly irregular texture of the linen beneath the printed pattern.

About this fabric

This 100% linen design combines a saturated warm yellow background with repeated off-white spot shapes and delicate dark marks that give each motif a hand-drawn appearance. The small-scale pattern is lively without becoming visually heavy, while the woven surface keeps the colour softly tactile rather than flat. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with a General Domestic upholstery grade. Allow 3% shrinkage; after-care is Delicate Wash 30°C or Dry Clean.

How to use it

Pair the golden citrus tone with chalky whites, natural timber and charcoal accents, using it on a relaxed armchair, dining seat or bright pair of curtains. The cream-and-dark motif makes it easy to connect the fabric to both warm and cooler neutrals.

Use the warm citrus ground to brighten relaxed upholstery or bring cheerful colour to curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
