About this fabric

This plain from the Cayman collection is woven in 100% polyester and is specified for General Domestic use with a 25,000 Martindale rub test. The swatch shows a tightly worked texture with a subtle horizontal grain, giving the bright yellow surface a softly textured, upholstered feel. Cayman Buttercup has a warm, lively tone that catches the light evenly across the weave, making the colour feel bold but not glossy. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and machine washable at 30℃ or professionally dry cleanable in situ, subject to the pattern book guidance.

How to use it

Use this buttercup shade on an accent chair, ottoman or banquette where its sunny tone can lift neutral walls and timber finishes. It also works well against charcoal, white or deep blue for a sharper, more contemporary contrast.
