About this fabric

Part of the Cayman collection by J Brown, this fabric is a plain design with 39 colourways and is made from 100% polyester. The swatch shows a very dark anthracite tone that leans green rather than true grey, with a muted, almost smoked depth across the surface. Its fine textural grain catches the light gently, giving the cloth a quiet movement without breaking the solid look. With a 25,000 Martindale rating and General Domestic suitability, it is practical for everyday interior use, while the supplied back coating to Cigarette & Match to BS5852 adds an important performance benefit. Care is straightforward too, with machine washing at 30℃ or professional dry clean in situ as directed.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a clean-lined sofa or accent chair to create a grounded, tailored look. It pairs especially well with pale oak, chalky neutrals and brushed metal finishes, where its deep green-black tone can act as a strong anchor.
