About this fabric

The colour reads as a mellow golden ochre, softened by the subtle shifts within the weave rather than appearing flat or highly saturated. Fine crossing threads create a delicate, irregular texture that catches the light without becoming shiny. This is a woven fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery based on its visible mid-weight appearance. No composition, width, rub-test or performance information has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Studland Ochre to warm a neutral room, where its muted golden tone can sit comfortably against chalky whites, natural wood and soft taupes. The understated weave also works well on relaxed seating or full-length curtains where its tonal texture can be seen in changing light.

A softly textured golden ochre weave that brings warm, understated colour to upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
