About this fabric

This plain woven fabric is supplied at approximately 137cm wide and is suitable for Fixed Upholstery in Contract and General Domestic settings. The close-up shows fine, closely packed threads with small flecks of lighter and darker yarn, while subtle vertical tonal shifts create understated movement across the surface. Its warm redwood shade sits between muted terracotta and russet, with a softened, earthy quality rather than a bright or highly saturated red. The composition is 17% Viscose, 23% Recycled Polyester, 44% Acrylic, 7% Linen and 9% Polyester, and after-care is Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use Vara Redwood on a sofa, dining chair or occasional chair where its earthy red tone can bring warmth to natural timber, cream upholstery and soft taupe walls. The fine woven texture also pairs comfortably with rustic linens and darker brown accents.

A warm, finely textured plain weave for fixed upholstery, with enough tonal variation to add depth without introducing a visible pattern.
