Vara Tea Tree

Vara Fabric

Vara Tea Tree is a pale, cool green woven with a gentle blue-grey cast. Its close texture creates quiet tonal variation across the surface, rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric

The fine weave combines soft tea-tree green with lighter and darker threads, producing a subtly flecked surface that catches the light without appearing glossy. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for fixed upholstery and carries Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. The composition is 17% viscose, 23% recycled polyester, 44% acrylic, 7% linen and 9% polyester. After-care is dry clean, and no additional performance features are noted.

How to use it

Pair this cool, muted blue-green with pale timber, chalky neutrals or deeper blue accents on sofas, dining chairs and occasional seating. The restrained weave works especially well where a plain upholstery needs more depth than a flat solid colour.

Use this cool, softly variegated green to bring a calm woven texture to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
