Foss Seagrass

Balvenie FabricLF2358FR

Foss Seagrass is a softly muted aqua-green wool with a fine, clearly defined herringbone weave. Pale seagrass, cool green and warmer straw-toned threads create a quietly variegated surface rather than a flat plain.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% Pure New Wool, this 137cm-wide fabric combines subdued aqua and sage-green tones with fine sandy and grey flecks that give the surface gentle depth. The small-scale herringbone catches the light in alternating diagonal ribs, creating a tactile, softly tailored appearance. It is supplied for curtains and fixed upholstery, with a General Domestic upholstery grade. After-care is dry clean.

How to use it

Pair Foss Seagrass with chalky neutrals, pale oak and natural linens for a calm, botanical scheme, or use it to soften deeper blue-green and warm brown accents. Its muted aqua-green tone works particularly well on relaxed upholstered seating and quietly textured curtains.

Use this softly muted aqua-green wool to bring natural colour and fine woven texture to upholstery or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
