Foss Delft

Balvenie FabricLF2358FR

Foss Delft has a quiet, cool depth: blue-teal and grey threads are interlaced with pale warm flecks in a fine herringbone. The close weave gives the swatch a softly weathered, tactile look.

About this fabric

Foss Delft is woven from 100% Pure New Wool and has a compact herringbone surface, visible as fine, repeating chevrons rather than a printed motif. The colourway combines a cool, dusty blue-teal base with closely mixed pale oat, grey and subtle lilac threads, giving the cloth a softly mottled, mineral depth. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for Curtains and Fixed Upholstery, with a General Domestic upholstery grade. After-care is Dry Clean.

How to use it

Pair this cool blue-teal with chalky whites, weathered oak and soft grey for a calm, coastal-leaning scheme. Its fine herringbone brings understated texture to a tailored chair, sofa or relaxed curtain.

Use its cool blue-teal depth to bring tailored calm to upholstery or softly structured curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
