Hopscotch Mustard

Small Prints FabricLF2337C

Hopscotch Mustard combines a warm mustard-gold pattern with a soft cream ground. The close-set, irregular motifs create a lively small-scale surface while the linen weave keeps the colour naturally tactile.

About this fabric

This Linwood Small Prints fabric is printed with repeated, loosely geometric rosettes and tiny floral-like marks in mustard gold over cream. The warm yellow-gold tone feels mellow rather than bright, with the pale ground opening up the dense pattern and giving the design a fresh, light appearance. Woven from 100% linen, it is approximately 137cm wide and suitable for curtains and fixed upholstery to a General Domestic upholstery grade. Allow 3% shrinkage; after-care is a Delicate Wash at 30°C or Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use Hopscotch Mustard at a window to bring warm golden pattern into a light room, or upholster a compact chair against cream, natural linen, olive or soft brown accents. Its small scale also works well on fixed seating where a gentle all-over motif is preferred.

A warm mustard-and-cream small print that brings gentle pattern to curtains, chairs and fixed upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hopscotch Mustard without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
